Products and services
We sell digital products, online Pilates memberships, online classes, physical Pilates accessories and candles.

Digital products and memberships
Digital content and online memberships are provided for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, record, distribute or give access to another person.

Membership access is provided digitally after purchase. New content may be added, changed or removed at any time.

Payments
By purchasing a product or membership, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

For memberships or subscriptions, you agree to recurring payments until you cancel your membership.

Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Previous payments are non-refundable because digital access is provided immediately after purchase.

Physical products
Physical products are shipped from Slovenia. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, holidays and carrier delays.

Customers outside Slovenia/EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their country.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Health disclaimer
Pilates classes and exercises are provided for general fitness and wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice.

By following our classes, you agree to exercise at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.

Candles
Candles must be used safely and responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials and drafts.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including videos, images, text, branding and digital materials, belongs to PilatesByAnja unless stated otherwise. You may not use, copy or distribute our content without written permission.

Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details private. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing your account or password.

Changes to services
We may update, change or discontinue products, memberships, prices or content at any time.

Limitation of liability
PilatesByAnja is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, delivery delays, customs fees or technical issues beyond our control.
