Online Memberships and Subscriptions

You can cancel your PilatesByAnja online membership or subscription at any time before your next billing date.

After cancellation, you will not be charged again. Previous payments are non-refundable because digital access to classes and content is provided immediately after purchase.

If you cancel, you may continue to access your membership until the end of your current paid billing period, unless stated otherwise.

Physical Products

Physical products are one-time purchases and do not require cancellation after the order is placed.

If you need to change or cancel a physical product order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.
