Shipping Policy

We ship physical products from Slovenia to Europe and the United States.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times
Slovenia: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
United States: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, carrier delays or high order volume.

Digital products
Online memberships, online classes and digital content are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is required.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Customs and import taxes
Orders are shipped from Slovenia. Customers outside Slovenia/EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their country.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product.
